We had some nice warm summer days this past weekend before a cold spring day returned today. So we got the baby pool out yesterday and Emily went in for the first time. I was hoping we would be able to get it out soon since the girls start swimming lessons next week. Emily loved going in the pool but Stephanie wanted nothing to do with it. Her swim lesson is going to be a battle. She would try to get the things that were in the pool and wouldn't mind if I splashed her but cried when I put her in. Emily was confident enough to stand and walk around the pool. I think she'll love her swim lessons. Hopefully when Stephanie sees Emily swim first she'll be more anxious to go. At least that's what I am hoping for.
